SPACE-2 is a fast growing business focused on sourcing and project managing creative space and property solutions for media clients, including film and TV. It is envisaged that 60% of the role will be “traditional” accounts administration. Using cloud-based software to process invoices, make payments and manage the accounts. The rest of the role will be involved in other projects within the business, as the business needs dictate and based on your interest, skills and experience.
Book-keeping/accounts administration experience is essential. Whilst the cloud-based software can be taught, it is important to have used a computerised accounts package and have Word/Excel pc skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the paradox of methodically controlling the accounts process whilst being open to and excited by getting involved in the projects side of the role. This is not about joining an accounts function – this is about joining a creative, dynamic and entrepreneurial team.
This is a permanent role, working 30 hours per week, ideally working 6 hours per day over 5 days per week during school hours; full-time could also be considered. It would suit someone who has taken a career break and is looking to return to work.
