Arts Therapy with Karen McDonald

If you or your little one are dealing with big emotions or issues and need some help, then please get in touch for a free chat about your needs. I am an HCPC registered Arts Therapist specialising in Dramatherapy. Dramatherapy is a psychological creative arts therapy which can be adapted to work with Children or Adults with a range of emotional, physical or social difficulties. This unique therapy does not rely on a purely ‘talking’ approach which can be particularly helpful if verbal communication is difficult; it’s hard to express how you feel or what is going on; or when words are not enough or too much to bear.
